FAQs and Return Policy
Anything purchased on sale, during a sale or at a discounted price is final sale and not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
What company do you use to ship packages?
We use USPS.
How long does shipping take within the US take?
Shipping takes 3-6 business days.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders ship out the next business day
How long does shipping OUTSIDE of the US take?
Shipping outside the US takes 4-8 business days AFTER your order has been processed. International orders usually deliver within 4-12 business days.
How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with shipping information.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
Can I return my order for a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Only store credit.
Can I return my order for or store credit?
Yes, as long as you are within our allowed 10 days for returns. You have 10 days after you receive your item(s) to contact us and send the item(s) back. Returns received after 10 days be refused and returned to you at your expense.
If I return my order within the 10 days allowed does that guarantee I will be granted a store credit?
No. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be meet all of the terms of our return policy. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email notifying you of approval or denial of your return.
What if 10 days have gone by since I’ve received my item, but I need a size exchange?
We cannot offer you store credit or an exchange after the 10 days have passed. We suggest you open and check your package as soon as you receive it.
My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
We provide customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. To reach USPS call 1 (800) 222-1811 for domestic or international assistance. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once it has been shipped. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that state being delivered.
My package is being returned to you, what do I do now?
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued a store credit minus the initial shipping charge.
