You have 10 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. We will not accept any returns after 10 days. Returns received after 10 days will be refused and returned to you at your expense. All returns require a valid return authorization number. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Include your order number in the subject line. The return authorization number and return instructions will be emailed back to you.
Several types of items are exempt from a return. All bodysuits, accessories, swimwear, sale items and anything purchased during a sale are final sale and do not qualify for a return. You can not return anything that has been worn (has any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear), damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached in order to be eligible, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice or something with your name, address and order number inside the package.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Once your item(s) have been received and meet all the requirements, it will take up to one week to process your request. You will receive an email with your store credit once everything is completed.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when sending item(s) back. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
